The Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit research and educational organization. Their work focuses on developing MDMA, other psychedelics and marijuana into prescription medicines, educating the public honestly about their risks and benefits, providing harm reduction services at festivals and events, and training psychedelic therapists. They also support scientific research into psychedelics as tools for spirituality, creativity, and neuroscience.
