Nina is a registered yoga instructor, a novelist, and a poet. Her passion and expertise is in yoga and goes beyond the physical postures and finds great pleasure in studying the philosophy, psychology, and physiology of yoga. Nina wrote Moments in Time and is strongly inspired by her real-life experiences.
The creation of this book was inspired by her 2012 painful experience of losing her brother to cancer and then her father four months later. Her story creates an emotionally raw, yet inspirational novel and also how yoga helped her get through this difficult time.
